Properties
Agglomerated and homogenous powder of white cream color with good solubility, turbidity and dairy cream flavor. Its main purpose is the replacement of dairy products and can be used on any food powders or direct consumption.

Functional fats are food ingredients that include a series of advantages on their uses and storage, avoiding difficult and expensive operations of traditional processes, such as emulsion formation, homogenization, etc.
Our functional fats are micro-encapsulated in perfectly emulsified powders, and thanks to its fast solubility at high or low temperatures, may result in powder blends, and can be dissolved on beverage or food applications, being a guaranteed simple process with high efficiency and quality.
